The Glasshouse is the first of five buildings at Macquarie Square. The building offers 8 levels of commercial office in addition to ground floor and mezzanine retail including a restaurant, café, group fitness training area and state-of-the-art end of trip facilities. The Glasshouse has been designed to foster collaborative working within a flexible workspace featuring an expansive, light-filled central atrium.
Central House will form the second building of Macquarie Square. The building has been designed to create a day-to-night destination for both workers and locals by incorporating a unique combination of both commercial and retail offerings. The building will feature a Fitness Centre, rooftop productive garden, co-working office space and large retail offering, including cafes, restaurants and bars.
The Stockmarket is designed to bring people closer to nature, featuring Outdoor office terraces and bay windows. A richly landscaped ground plane will extend the park experience into the building, flooding it with natural light and greenery. At street level, the building will feature outdoor dining connected to the central park.
The Workshop will be designed as a creative educational co-working space. The building will incorporate flexible and creative spaces to promote a stimulating and collaborative work environment, that will enable students and businesses to work, collaborate, co-market and create new offerings.
Enterprise Place will form a boutique hotel to service the immediate precinct and surrounding areas. The hotel will feature a selection of upscale rooms and suites and outstanding common spaces that will welcome business and leisure guests.
