In a major milestone, construction has kicked off on our Macquarie Square development – a visionary commercial precinct connected to 7,000m² of urban green space!

Right now, our teams are busy delivering complex in-ground services works to create the new roads to service the future development lots at Macquarie Square. The upgrade works to service the precinct include new water mains, sewer connections, gas connections, diverse telecommunication pathways, low voltage and high voltage electrical provisions along with a brand new stormwater drainage system.

A completed Macquarie Square will have five state-of-the-art A-Grade commercial office buildings connected to Catherine Hamlin Park, and all underpinned by world-class Sydney Metro, which was also built by John Holland. The Macquarie Square community will soon have access to new roads, parking, tree-lined streets and footpaths.
